Deadlines
MAXA-SQC applications are accepted all year round. But to apply for the MAXA 2011 cycle, please submit your applications by 31 May 2011.
Applications received after 31 May 2011 will be considered for the next MAXA cycle.
Eligibility
Any manufacturing company or one that engages in manufacturing service-related industries in Singapore.

New SQC applicant
|
· Submit an integrated MAXA-SQC application to the SQC Secretariat.
· This application automatically qualifies the company for SQC and MAXA assessments.
|
· By an SQC team through a site visit, and awarded the SQC if successful.
· SQC Awardees will be placed in the pool of MAXA participants to be shortlisted for a MAXA site visit in Week 1 or 2 of August 2011
· Based on MAXA site visits, top participating companies will then present in front of a panel of international judges, who will select winners for the 2011 MAXA Awards.

Existing SQC company due for renewal or requesting early renewal

Existing SQC company not due for renewal or not requesting for early renewal, but interested in MAXA
|
· Update previous SQC submission (Annex portion of KPI form integrated MAXA-SQC application).
· Submit updated application to the MAXA Secretariat.

· Company will be placed in the pool of MAXA participants to be shortlisted for a MAXA Site Visit in Week 1 or 2 of August 2011
· Based on site visits, top participating companies will then present in front of a panel of international judges, who will select winners for the 2011 MAXA Awards.

Statement of Confidentiality
All information provided by companies will be treated as strictly confidential and made available only to assessors and judges as authorised by EDB, McKinsey, the Singapore-MIT Alliance and SMa.
Applicants are not expected to divulge proprietary information regarding their products and processes.
